Return Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted for items with a manufacturer defect.
  • You have 7 business days from the date of delivery to request a return for defective items. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

Return Process

  1. Request Approval: To initiate a return, you must email us at info@avenshea.com within the 7-business-day window. Please include a detailed description of the defect and provide clear photos of the product for documentation.
  2. Return Shipping: If your return is approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit. Returns will need to received within 10 business days after the approval
  3. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.

 Return Shipping

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover or reimburse return shipping expenses.
  • Please ensure the item is securely packaged and consider using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Non-Refundable Items

  • We do not issue refunds for items returned after the 7-business-day for items that do not have a manufacturer defect are not eligible for a refund.
